THINGS TO KNOW WHILE BOOKING

PAYMENT

Cash, Valid debit & credit cards

When booking, you are require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit of service(s). Which will go towards appointment booked, the card on file or any other payment method will be accept at end service.

ABOUT THE SUITE

Please no extra people

The suite does get really warm with more than 2 people are in the room, especially with the wax pots on.

ARRIVING LATE

Please leave 10-15 minutes before your appointment.

Arriving late will result in appointment cancellation/rescheduling

There is a 5 min grace period

Please be aware that appointments could be up to 15-20 minutes

LATE CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

All appointments can be rescheduled & canceled up until 24 HOURS prior to appointment time

On your email/text provided with appointment information, you’re able to canceled & rescheduled form.

Appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours, will result in rebooking through the booking site

First cancellation made after the 24 hours policy will be forgiven.

Second cancellation made after 24 hours policy will result in losing deposit and will have to rebook through website.

Third cancellation made after 24 hours policy will result in 100% charged for services scheduled

NO CALL/ NO SHOW

This is never okay, please communicate if anything came up !

A No Call / No Show will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked

INVOICE

If card on file fails to run for any NO Call / No Show fee, or Cancellation fee’s, you’ll be send an invoice on your outstanding balance. In order to book again, please take care of your invoices.

REMINDERS

You are sent reminders about your up coming payment, week of due date. 

FAILED PAYMENTS​

Card on file does not go through, for outstanding balance, you will be charge a $5 late fee,

Card on file does not go through, package can be cancelled.  

Card on file does not go through, there can be a pause on your packages until resume payment.
